Clos Solène is a family owned estate vineyard and winery in Paso Robles California, producing boutique French style wines inspired by Rhône and Bordeaux varietals. Guillaume Fabre, a 6th generation winemaker originally from the Languedoc region of France, and his wife Solène have worked endlessly to create elegant wines with character and personality. Guillaume arrived to Paso Robles in 2004 as an intern for bad-ass French winemaker Stephan Asseso at L'Aventure. Guillaume quickly rose to to the top at L'Aventure regularly creating arftful, high scoring wines while soaking knowledge of the Paso terrior from his mentor Stephan.
