Welcome to VINOPOP Events. By purchasing tickets or attending our events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility
- You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tickets and attend our events.
- By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are processed securely through our website [www.vinopopevents.com](https://www.vinopopevents.com) and may show as purchased through our parent company Clean Plate, LLC
- Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time purchased.
- Tickets may not be resold or transferred without our prior written consent.

3. Refunds & Cancellations
- All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled by VINOPOP Events.
- If an event is canceled, you will be notified by email and offered either a refund or credit toward a future event.
- We are not responsible for refunds due to no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.

4. Event Changes
- We reserve the right to change event details (including venue, participating winemakers, or schedule) due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If significant changes occur, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.

5. Code of Conduct
- Attendees are expected to drink responsibly and behave respectfully toward staff, winemakers, and other guests.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful, without refund.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability
- By attending a VINOPOP event, you acknowledge that alcohol consumption carries inherent risks.
- You agree to drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation.
- VINOPOP Events, Clean Plate, LLC., its partners, and venues are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from attendance at our events.

7. Photography & Media
- Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
- By attending, you grant us the right to use your image or likeness in marketing materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

8. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website and at our events (including branding, logos, and materials) is the property of VINOPOP Events and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
