"Brecon Estate rarely leave Paso to do tastings! Part of the reason is their production is boutique, they sell out (some almost immediately) and their reputation is built organically on the quality of wines and their sustainable farming practices. It also helps that they have an international award-winning winemaker! I was first introduced to their Cabernet Franc in 2018 - which I had to buy through an auction house - and was blown away. Easily top 5 Cabernet Franc I've ever tasted. Their wines are refined and their vibe is modern-chic, with a laid-back Australian (!) attitude"
