"Larry Schaffer is an informed and passionate winemaker with a distinct point of view, which is surprisingly rare. His approach to winemaking is deeply shaped by his theoretical education (holding an MS from the prestigious UC Davis in Viticulture and Enology) and the techniques used by his predecessors. He can effortlessly discuss Burgundian Pinot clones while also explaining the winemaking process in simple terms." - Naushad Huda
