THE
WINES
2022 Sauvignon Blanc
The uniqueness of this Savi' B is in its richness which comes from a specific winemaking decision Nick has made (ask him!). White peaches, guava, honeydew melon, key lime, and hints of lemongrass, jasmine, and jalapeño all give a fresh, herbaceous, and green feeling.
2022 Winemakers’ Cellar Grenache Rose
Dusty rose, copper salmon in color reminiscent of world-class rosé from Provence. Aromas of stone fruits and white flowers; bing cherries, golden apples, yellow peaches, and fresh cut grass.
2017 Winemakers’ Cellar Kupferschmid
An aromatic Rhone blend (Grenache, Mourvedre, and Syrah). This wine is warm and inviting right from the first smell out of the glass. Aromas of raspberries, dried cherries, fig nutmeg, and allspice.
2018 Pritchett Peaks Zinfandel
Ripe red fruits, sweet cream, dried flowers, and white pepper aromas. When it opens up, notes of dark, chocolate-covered cherries, dried herbs, graham cracker, and toasty oak come through.
2017 Taylor Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Library wine of their flagship wine! This will be fun; deep rich garnet color, bursting at the seams with aromas of berry and spices, this wine is loaded. Cassis, black cherries, and plums, black pepper, long finish.
COST Limited early bird tickets at $35 for the tasting of all wines. Price increases after early bird is sold out. Only 40 tickets TOTAL are available for this event.
